DELIVERY POLICY

Each product has a specific delivery fee which will be calculated with our couriers once your order has been confirmed. Zvari Home delivers to all cities and towns in South Africa and employs the services of professional third-party couriers within South Africa. Delivery costs are payable directly to the courier, we will assist you with your payments arrangements made directly with our selected courier company.

Upon confirmation of an order which is on the first business day payment has been received and cleared, we will advise as to approximate delivery date, this within our standard manufacture lead time of between 4 – 6 weeks.

Inspection of Goods

Please note that it shall be the customer’s responsibility to properly inspect delivered goods. Should packaging shows visible damages, it is advised to make a clear note of such damages on the waybill when signing for the goods.

Due to size and nature, some products may be supplied and delivered in a knockdown format and require self-assembly.

Customers should ensure that the correct number of cartons as indicated on the waybill is received before signing the waybill. Note that the number of cartons may not correspond to the number of items you have purchased as more than one item may be packaged in a single carton. The number of packages, cartons, pieces as indicated on the waybill should be verified by the customer or his representative before signing for the receipt of the goods. Customers should never sign to have received more packages as what was actually delivered as this could jeopardise claims of liability against the courier and may result in the loss being for the customer’s own account.

We kindly request that all discrepancies, damages or shortages on any delivery must be communicated to us within two business days from the date of delivery.

Please submit these claims using our online Customer Care form found on the customer car page email our customer care department directly at info@zvarihome.co.za. It shall be your responsibility to ensure that you receive confirmation of receipt of your claim as proof of submission.
